About this Talk
Too often “culture” in an organizational context really means “status quo.” And hiring for "culture fit” results in homogenous teams. It’s no wonder that the systems and processes that are part of an organization's status quo may stifle innovation, discourage teamwork, and prevent teams from being inclusive. In this session we will discover how narratives create and reinforce process, and practice how rewriting narratives and processes can help leaders build teams that can innovate, work together, and make the most of each member's unique value.
